New items: We will only accept returns on any unopened and unused items. Return request must be made within 5 days of delivery.
Used Collectable Vinyl: If there is an issue with the item you have purchased please contact us. Return request must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Vinyl Grading System

We use the Goldmine Grading System:
SS Still Sealed
M Mint Perfect in all ways.
M- Mint Minus Near perfect, most likely and unplayed record
VG+ Very Good Plus Very close to "like new" with only
superficial signs of use that do not affect playability. Only records stored and used with care will grade out to VG+.
VG Very Good A used, reasonable copy that plays. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of some light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still nice and playable.
VG- Very Good Minus A record with significant wear and marks. Records graded VG-usually have some noticeable surface noise.
G+ Good Plus 'Good' means pretty beat up. From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about extremely beat up records.
